Design: A simplified design with a single pivot screw creates a sleek, minimalist aesthetic. No visible hardware on the handle maintains the CHOP series’ signature clean look. The brass pivot ring is the only accent, naturally oxidizing over time to enhance the knife’s character. A concealed pocket clip adds to the knife’s streamlined look, and the quick-open mechanism is retained for ease of use.
Handle: The handle has been completely redesigned, using 4.5mm thick pure titanium, a first for the CHOP series. The handle’s bevel has been improved to provide a better grip than previous models. The smooth, rounded surface gives the feel of natural stone, a testament to our craftsmanship. There is no trace of CNC machining on the handle, ensuring the organic look and feel is maintained.
Blade Material: The blade is made from Bohler M390 steel, a premium material known for its excellent edge retention and toughness. This version features a 4.0mm thick blade, the thickest in the CHOP series to date. The multi-angle Tanto point has been further refined for enhanced control and precision. The blade curvature is hand-honed by our skilled craftsmen using a belt sander, providing unparalleled sharpness and a beautiful finish.
