Collection: KAIKEN

Kaiken originated in Japan’s samurai culture as a small, discreet blade carried close to the body. Stripped of unnecessary ornamentation, it was designed around compactness, reliability, and immediate accessibility.

In traditional Japanese culture, the kaiken was more than a weapon for personal defense. It also symbolized protection, courage, and loyalty. Though small in size, it embodied some of the strongest and most steadfast values of the samurai blade tradition.
