What country is the model 2411kthl made?
The blades of the North Mountain Knives Product are amazing. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are unparalleled. The work is reminiscent of much more expensive knives. I am proud to represent their knives on my channel, and look forward to what’s more to come.
Guys there seems to be confusion, but this company has gone through multiple rebrands. They do OEM work for katsu, some designers in Japan, and they used to sell their knives on AliExpress under the name “Bountain”. The Chinese characters have never changed (aside from being a more rounded stylized type-font) on all their work.
I own a few of their knives. They’ve never hid anything about being made in China, I think the fact that they brand their knives with a Chinese character should give it away.
If anyone has any other questions just reach out to them. I own a few of their knives and they are excellent quality, fit and finish of a mid tech at production costs.
I own four knives in SLD Magic steel, a large Katsu FB02 and three Miki’s all are wonderful knives and hold up with the very best.
I’m unsure of what’s going on with North Mountain Blade and Miki they seem to be the same company or affiliated? The knives look identical to me?
Agreed with previous comments. Transparency Builds Trust and Customer Confidence. Clearly staring where your products are manufactured is actually going to increase your sales. Premium Quality Chinese Knife Manufacturers exist and we all know it. But when the info isn’t clearly disclosed it actually appears as intentionally deceptive which isn’t a good look. I own one of your knives and love it. I don’t see any reason you need to be ashamed.
