USS New Jersey (BB-62) is an Iowa-class battleship of the United States Navy. Nicknamed the “Big J,” it is one of the most decorated battleships in U.S. history.

• Length: About 887 feet (270 meters)
• Displacement: Around 57,500 tons (full load)
• Top Speed: 33 knots (about 61 km/h)
• Main Armament: Nine 16-inch (406 mm) guns in three turrets
